    The content is interesting and I look forward to trying out the recipes.This book is nicely illustrated with a good variety of recipes.I initially struggled to read it as the formatting is all over the place on my Kindle There are several pages of just upward pointing chevrons 9 consecutive pages at one point Headings don t show well and often have subscript and superscript characters It was fine and looked very nice on my laptop though I now realise that headings such as M E P R on my Kindle should have read Meal Prep The first half is the author talking about why she decided to adopt a vegan diet and the differences it has made to her There is also a self help section on breathing techniques, meditation, exercise and journalling I wasn t so interested in those but I can see that would appeal to some readers.The recipes are nicely laid out with shopping lists and tip for preparing some aspects of meals in advance A good book to get you started on a new way of cooking and eating.With thanks to NetGalley and Bluebird for a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.UPDATE I have just got a paper copy of this book and have up...
